1. Terms
   By accessing or using the Patch mobile application, website, or any related services (collectively, the “Service”), you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing Patch. The content and functionality of the Service are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other laws.

2. Use License
   Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Patch's platforms for personal, non-commercial, transitory use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials;

• Use the materials for any commercial purpose other than through the Patch platform;

• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software provided by Patch;

• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the materials; or

• Transfer the materials to another person or mirror the materials on any other server.

This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Patch LLC at any time. Upon termination, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession, whether in electronic or printed format.

3. Disclaimer
   The materials on Patch are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Patch LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Patch does not warrant or make any representations concerning the quality, safety, legality, accuracy, or reliability of products sold, services offered, or any communications between users. Patch does not inspect or verify any food or goods sold via the platform and is not responsible for any harm, illness, allergic reactions, or death resulting from products listed by sellers on the platform.

By using the Service, buyers understand and agree that they are purchasing from independent sellers at their own risk, and sellers are solely responsible for compliance with all food safety, labeling, legal, and regulatory obligations.

4. Limitations
   In no event shall Patch LLC or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for injury, illness, loss of data or profit, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the Service or items obtained through it, even if Patch or an authorized representative has been notified of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

5. Accuracy of Materials
   The materials appearing on Patch could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Patch does not warrant that any of the content on its app or website is accurate, complete, or current. Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the content in their listings. Patch may make changes to the platform content at any time without notice but is not obligated to update any materials.

6. Third-Party Links and Listings
   Patch has not reviewed all third-party sites or seller profiles linked through the Service and is not responsible for the content or practices of any linked external site or listing. The inclusion of any link or listing does not imply endorsement by Patch. Use of any third-party website or service is at the user’s own risk.

7. Modifications
   Patch LLC may revise these Terms of Use at any time without notice. By using this Service, you agree to be bound by the then-current version of the Terms of Use. We encourage users to check back periodically for updates.

8. User Responsibility and Assumption of Risk
   By using Patch, you acknowledge that Patch is a neutral venue and does not control the actions of users or the quality, safety, or legality of any products. You assume full responsibility for any risks associated with using the platform, including but not limited to foodborne illness, allergic reactions, unmet expectations, or incorrect representations by another user. Patch encourages buyers and sellers to communicate clearly and transact responsibly.

9. Governing Law
   These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Sheridan County, Wyoming, or the appropriate federal court located therein.
